Are these boxes more expensive than regular cardboard boxes?
No. You should expect an overall savings of 30 – 40% in the cost of your packaging materials. This is due to the ability to reuse the box. Beginning November 1, 2009, these boxes will be loaned free of charge for a limited time.
How clean are the boxes?
The containers are maintained in our warehouse and are cleaned prior to every move.
Can I write on the containers?
Containers will arrive to you with enough labels that can be attached to a specific location on the container which will facilitate designating contents and placement information.
Do I need to tape the containers closed?
No. Tape is not needed. The lids are interlocking and if additional security is desired, you can order zip ties.
Are these containers recyclable?
100%. In addition to being used for a long period, at the end of their life span, they will be recycled to make new ones.
Do you carry different sizes?
Currently, we carry 4 sizes. Small, medium, dish pack, and wardrobe box.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges are based on the quantity of boxes ordered and whether you are moving with us or just renting the boxes. The delivery charge includes drop off and pick up. You can also pick up the boxes from any of our locations.
Is a deposit required?
We require a deposit in the form of a credit card authorization.
